Log into your MCW account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are packed inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
